As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Farm Manager to join their team.About The Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Farm Manager to oversee operations and ensure the highest standards of livestock welfare and production efficiency.As Farm Manager, your primary focus will be to uphold optimal living conditions and ensure welfare standards for poultry livestock. You will manage daily operations, lead a team, and drive performance while maintaining strict adherence to health and biosecurity protocols.Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate farm staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Monitor shed conditions to optimise bird welfare and performance. Provide daily operational reports to the General Manager. Address and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner. Supervise subcontractors for essential maintenance tasks. Respond promptly to farm alarms to safeguard flock welfare. What’s on Offer Competitive salary package: Starting from $100,000 + superannuation. Fully maintained 4WD utility vehicle for farm operations. Onsite accommodation with utilities (water, gas, power) included. Qualifications & Skills Significant experience managing broiler farms. Expertise in overseeing growth rates and ensuring optimal animal welfare. Strong skills in staff management, including rostering and team leadership.
