Currently our Dairy & Sustainability team have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Farm Services Administrator. Reporting into the Head of Field Services, you will be responsible for assisting the Dairy & Sustainability Team with general administration support and providing a high level of customer service to Bulla’s dairy farmer suppliers. The location for this role is flexible with the option of working remotely, with a requirement to attend team meetings on site as required Your responsibilities will include: Data entry and monitoring using MADCAP, SAP and contract management system Reconciliation of milk volumes and composition Providing high level administrative support in a timely manner including assisting with supplier enquiries, processing paperwork, compiling monthly supplier newsletter, onboarding suppliers, reporting and record keeping Working closely with the Field Services Team to assist with supplier queries and related tasks Management of purchase orders and invoicing, including administrative tasks for inbound freight Assist with planning milk supply related events including field days, seminars, and end of year functions You will have: Experience within the dairy industry 1+ years Demonstrated experience in office administration or management, accounts and bookkeeping Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team working remotely A strong sense of ethics and personal integrity The ability to work flexible hours, weekend and public holiday work required on a rotating roster What we can offer you!
