About the Role Inspire and lead your team to achieve sales targets, KPI's, & individual development. Meticulously monitor store sales to ensure achievement of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual targets. Efficiently operate your store, focusing on engaging store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock levels. Effectively manage the wage costs in store, following weekly wage targets and company rostering standards. Skills and Experience Prior Store management experience with a championship mindset. A motivated & driven personality who is comfortable in a high-energy, fun culture. A passion for leading & inspiring a team to succeed in sales and meeting KPI's and targets.
