With a strong social media following, loyal local following, and a passion for their people, our client is seeking an inspiring Store Manager to lead their high performing team in Pacific Fair, Broadbeach 4218. About the Role Inspire and lead your team to achieve sales targets, KPI's, & individual development. Meticulously monitor store sales to ensure achievement of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual targets. Efficiently operate your store, focusing on engaging store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock levels. Effectively manage the wage costs in store, following weekly wage targets and company rostering standards. Skills and Experience Prior Store management experience with a championship mindset A motivated & driven personality who is comfortable in a high-energy, fun culture A passion for leading & inspiring a team to succeed in sales and meeting KPI's and targets Proven experience with stock control and visual merchandising Passion for streetwear on-trend fashion If you have a strong retail management background, a killer streetwear fashion sense, and a passion for leading your team to success, then we want to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
