This role is offering an incredible base of $68k+ super + incentives + extra perks alongside a Tuesday to Saturday roster with NO late nights required! About The Role As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales in this busy Flagship store in Maroochydore. You must lead by example and be a passionate and enthusiastic leader with the ability to coach the upcoming retail talent in your store. This business empowers its managers to treat the business as if it is your own with access to KPI's and sales reports, and you will be expected to use them to increase sales and profitability.
