Stable Office Reception – (Casual Position) We are expanding our team and seeking a reliable , hardworking individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong ability to stay organised, and a genuine passion for contributing to our horsey team environment. As part of the administration team at Wattle Creek Equestrian Centre , you will join a friendly, supportive team that values excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Our shared goal is simple: healthy horses, happy clients, and a positive team environment. About the Role As an Administrator, you will be the central point of contact at reception, managing a range of administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will include: Customer Service: Communicating effectively with clients, coaches, and stable hands. Administration: Managing emails, bookings, and payments (both in person and over the phone). Social Media: Familiarity with social media tools is a plus. Stable Operations: Keeping track of tasks around the stables and arenas. Horse-Related Duties: While this is an admin role, you must be comfortable working around horses. With training, you will assist with horse-related tasks, including tacking up and away. What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and committed to their role.Organised with great attention to detail.Friendly & professional in all interactions.Able to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude.Willing to learn and grow with the team. No formal administration qualifications are required—just a proactive mindset and a willingness to get things done. Training will be provided through a mentoring approach. Morning Shift: Starts between 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM (2–3 hours). Afternoon Shift: Starts between PM – 6:30 PM (2–3 hours). Start and finish times are based on daily bookings, with some flexibility. Casual employment under the Amusement, Events, and Recreation Award. Staff are provided with a Wattle Creek uniform. Team members who work 10+ hours per week are welcome to participate in riding lessons with our Head Coach.
