We provide care to those in aged care & post-operative care, helping clients remain safe and independent in their own homes. About the role We currently have positions available for reliable and passionate Home Care Workers to join our team providing care support in Wagga Wagga, NSW. You will need to be friendly, positive, and demonstrate client-focused behaviour, showing empathy and treating others with dignity and respect. You’ll also need to have a natural ability to build relationships that make a difference, be honest, helpful, and dependable, making you a great asset to our team. Responsibilities will include: Working within a person-centred, enabling environment that respects the rights and needs of each client Assisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties Assisting clients with daily errands, companionship, and support Providing support with academic, social, or recreational activities Preparing food, feeding clients, and administering medications Observing, caring for, and reporting any changes in the health and wellbeing of the client Minimum Requirements Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) Preferred Skills Criteria: Certificate III in Individual Care or equivalent (essential) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willingness to learn, develop, and take on new challenges National Police Check (valid within the last 3 years) NSW Working with Children Check Drivers Licence First Aid CPR Certificate (Valid within last 12 months) #J-18808-Ljbffr
