About the Role You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. The primary purpose of the role is to provide senior clinical leadership within Social Work service provision including optimisation of patient/client care delivery, as well as supporting the mentoring and development of staff including provision of supervision and direction to Level 1/2 staff and students on clinical placements in accordance with the award. The role will be based at Fertility Unit as a counsellor and will receive mentoring to become ANZICA accredited, if not already accredited. Ideal Candidate Currently holds a Bachelor or post graduate degree in Social Work that provides eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers. Excellent negotiation, decision making and advocacy skills including collaborative stakeholder consultation. Currently holds a valid NSW Driver’s Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable). Benefits and Perks!
