Job Description

Field Marketing Campaign Operations Manager | IT Sector | Immediate Start We’re looking for a super-organised, detail-obsessed, and process-driven Marketing Campaign Operations Manager to grow our existing B2B technology marketing team across our Field Marketing initiatives. You can be based in our sunny Noosa office or work remotely from anywhere in Australia (QLD is preferred but not essential). If you’re someone who thrives on strategy, loves organisation, and enjoys getting things done in a collaborative team, with a passion for making things better, more efficient, and more automated—then this could be the perfect role for you. What’s it like to work with us? We’re a fast-growing, well-connected technology marketing agency working with global tech businesses that need field marketing and demand-generating marketing campaigns at scale. Our sweet spot is closing the gap between sales and marketing, helping our clients generate revenue. We work with big names like Google and Atlassian, so if you like to think big, you’ll fit right in. We’re a small but mighty team of experts who value authenticity, curiosity, and continuous learning. We often act as the in-house marketing teams for our most successful customers, forming close, friendly relationships along the way. We work hard because we love what we do and strive for fulfilment every day. However, we balance that with a strong focus on well-being. Communication is key here, and if something’s not working for you, we’ll figure it out together. Key Responsibilities: You have laser-focused attention to detail. You can switch between multiple projects and keep track of everything. You enjoy planning, managing timelines, and leading teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes. You thrive on ownership and are ready to take charge of field marketing events and campaign deliverables. You love being the bridge between strategy and execution, and enjoy brainstorming creative solutions and seeing them through to completion. You’re always looking for ways to improve processes, bring efficiencies, and automate where possible. You enjoy thinking big picture while managing the finer details of customer projects. You have a natural curiosity about the tech industry, even if you’re still learning. You work best in small, dynamic team environments where you’re both strategic and tactical. You’re proactive, team-first, and always looking for ways to make everyone’s life easier. Essential Experience & Skills: Project management software experience (e.g., Trello, Monday.com). Digital campaign performance management with the ability to fine-tune campaigns in flight. Excellent grammar and attention to detail, with an eye for reviewing public-facing content. Familiarity with marketing technology (e.g., social media schedulers, CMS portals, CRM portals, LinkedIn Campaign Manager). Events marketing and coordination experience. Non-Essential But Highly Regarded: Tech marketing, agency or startup experience. Automated marketing and nurture flow experience. B2B marketing expertise. Field Marketing and/or Channel Marketing Experience in the IT Sector. What a Typical Day Could Look Like: Working closely with the Strategy and Delivery teams to design and execute field marketing initiatives across digital and events, collaborating and communicating with a remote/hybrid but connected team. Managing campaign deliverables in Trello, ensuring deadlines are met and the team stays on track. Jumping into Hootsuite, WordPress, Mailchimp, HubSpot to QA and optimise campaigns. Coordinating project timelines and delegating tasks to ensure campaigns run smoothly and effectively. Analysing client contact databases to build marketable lists and improve campaign reach. Reporting on campaign performance, identifying optimisations, and delivering insights to clients. Communicating with multiple stakeholders across several clients, at scale. Events & Field Marketing Responsibilities: Collaborating with the events team to plan and execute field marketing initiatives such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and corporate events. Overseeing logistical planning for client-facing events including venue sourcing, catering, and on-site support. Managing event timelines, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring seamless event execution. Developing strategies for integrating event-based marketing activities with ongoing digital campaigns, and tracking event success through reporting tools. Partnering with clients to deliver memorable, value-driven event experiences that align with their broader marketing strategies. Ready to take on a role where strategy meets creativity, and process meets execution? We’d love to hear from you!
