Field Marketing Coordinator - Perisher Full-time six-month contract Located onsite at Perisher NSW - Australia's largest alpine resort Reporting to the Field Marketing Manager – Perisher, the Field Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing all Sales and Marketing activity to meet key performance indicators in line with the marketing strategy and plan, while also working alongside the wider National Sales & Marketing Team across Vail Resorts in Australia. Key responsibilities include: Delivery of daily snow report EDMs Copywriting for brand communications Upkeep and enhancement of the Perisher website Management of all social media channels Management of in-resort signage Promotion of seasonal events Creation of marketing collateral Regular collaboration with media contractors and resort staff The ideal candidate for this role has: Essential 2 to 3 years relevant experience in sales and marketing or a related field Understanding of digital media marketing e.g. web, email, social Strong copywriting skills Excellent attention to detail Team player and efficient relationship builder Self-motivated with ability to work independently and take initiative Creative thinking Exceptional organisational skills including ability to work efficiently under pressure A passion for snow sports and a keenness to test the product! Preferred but not essential: Qualifications in marketing or a similar field Basic understanding of CMS/HTML Adobe Creative Suite proficiency Familiarity with Perisher or experience working in an alpine environment is a big advantage This role is based in Perisher NSW, Australia’s largest alpine resort with over 3,000 acres of rideable terrain and four distinct resort areas. Perisher is part of Vail Resorts, which owns and operates ski areas around the world including iconic resorts such as Falls Creek and Hotham in Victoria as well as Park City, Beaver Creek, Whistler Blackcomb, and Vail in North America.
