Field Service Technician - Water Industry Samplescience Pty Ltd is an independent supplier of instrument calibration and water sampling services. We are currently seeking a customer-focused technician to join our Victorian-based team. This hands-on role involves the commissioning, testing, and calibration of water monitoring/control equipment and systems, as well as carrying out after-sales servicing and repairs. Your tasks will primarily be in the recycled water, wastewater, and municipal water utility markets. The successful applicant will require: Diagnostic and fault-finding ability. Strong customer service focus and reporting skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. Tradesperson or engineering qualifications are desirable, but experienced operators are encouraged to apply. Ability to work with limited supervision. Ability to work within OHS standards and permit systems. Vaccinations are required to be able to work at some customer sites (supplied by Samplescience as required). The role would suit a person with a tradesperson or engineering background and excellent problem-solving skills. A residential address close to the Melbourne metropolitan area would enable the applicant to be more efficient in the role.
