Are you a skilled and dynamic finance professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role? Eternal Disability Care is seeking a motivated Finance Manager to join our team. Job Duties Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Manage company accounts, audits, and cash flow to maintain financial health. Collaborate with leadership to support strategic initiatives and decision-making. Implement and maintain financial policies and systems. Provide feedback, coaching, and training to develop team members and support their career growth. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, auditing, or finance. Minimum of one to two years of relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required. Effective communicator with the ability to influence decision-making and foster energy and commitment within the organization. Capable of managing a dynamic and constantly changing environment with evolving demands. Skilled at inspiring individuals and teams to achieve organizational goals, motivating them to excel and develop by providing feedback, coaching, training, and guidance for career growth. Act as a strategic, tactical, and operational business partner with strong analytical abilities, translating business needs into financial outcomes and solutions.
