About the role As we have continued to see growth across our business, we are excited to bring on a motivated Finance Administrator to join our Finance team. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join us on a 12-month contract, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years’ experience in an accounts or office role, looking to develop their skills in a collaborative, supportive environment. The Finance Administrator will play an integral role in daily financial activities such as: Daily processing of trust receipts and bank reconciliations EFT payments, credit card processing, and basic financial reporting Support for debtor management and client billing activities Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities Oversee and maintain the Finance Inbox, responding to inquiries and ensuring records are accurate Provide backup support for accounts payable, loading invoices and processing payments Working closely with our finance team, you will help ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to support the firm’s financial objectives.
