Become part of our team of more than 19,000 employees worldwide and shape your future at HUGO BOSS!Reporting into the Controlling Manager SEAPAC (South East Asia, Australia, South Korea, Japan), you will play a key role in supporting the areas of business reporting, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting. There will be opportunities to help drive value-added business insights and other ad-hoc business projects. The Finance Analyst SEAPAC will play a supportive role in providing strategic, commercial and operational performance assessment through timely detailed analysis and delivering insights into business performance. Through collaboration with finance teams across the SEAPAC region and various levels of management, the Finance Analyst will gain exposure to diverse markets within a dynamic environment.What you can expect: Assist the preparation and review of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting in the organisation including quarterly forecasts and the 5 year business strategy. Support the management reporting aspect for the region including consolidation of results in terms of Net Sales, Margin and Cost monitoring. Assist in the development of new reporting, analysis of business performance and streamlining processes. Identify trends, patterns and opportunities to help manage forecast risk and overall profitability. Assist in the evaluation of potential investments across the region. Explore new tools to provide insights, trends and KPI monitoring. Your profile: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field. CA or CPA qualification, or working towards. Minimum of 2+ years' experience in finance/business analytical role. Previous experience in budgeting and forecasts (highly desirable). Retail industry experience (desirable). Excellent written and verbal communication. Intermediate to high proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and business intelligence tools.
