Position Profile: We are seeking suitably experienced and enthusiastic persons to join our Resource Management team as a Finance Officer. The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support and assistance in the development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of financial and business policies and systems. Key Responsibilities Include: Delivering comprehensive and confidential administrative assistance to the Director of Resource Management and other members of the Resource Management team. Supporting the oversight of all financial and business operations while providing administrative aid to the Finance team. Contributing to the continuous enhancement and upkeep of financial information systems, including general ledger systems. Aiding in the compilation of financial reports, statements, and presentations. Facilitates purchasing activities and processes, ensuring the prompt processing of invoices and purchase orders. If you have previous experience in finance or administrative support roles, strong attention to detail and organization skills, excellent communication skills and have the ability to work confidentially and effectively within a team, we encourage you to apply.
