Finance Brokers Assistant for a Financial Services Company in Australia (Home Based Part Time) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday between 9 am - 5 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time City: Herston State/Province: QLD Country: Australia Work Location: Home Based - Philippines Job Type: Part time Client Information The Company is a financial services company that offers financial planning, mortgage broking, and investment services. Established in 2003, it has expanded into a nationwide organization with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Brisbane, as well as mobile consultants. Job Description • Loan Processing & Submission: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of loan applications.• Client & Lender Communication: Keep all parties informed and respond to queries promptly.• Document Collection & Verification: Gather required paperwork and ensure compliance.• Tracking & Follow-Ups: Proactively manage loan pipelines and prevent delays.• Compliance & Administration: Maintain up-to-date records and meet industry regulations. Must Haves • Experience in mortgage broking, finance, or banking preferred.• Sales Trekker and Apply Online experience preferred.• Attention to detail and catch errors before they cause delays.• Strong communication skills.• Professional and friendly with clients and lenders.• Comfortable using lender portals, CRM systems, and document tools.• Problem-solver and able to think ahead and prevent issues before they arise.
