About the Role In this Finance Business Partner role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across various business functions at Sportsbet, providing critical financial analysis, reporting, and strategic insights to drive business performance. You will play a pivotal role in supporting financial planning and decision-making at a senior level, with a key focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling. Your expertise will be essential in consolidating the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and providing high-level financial analysis to inform investment decisions. This position is ideal for an experienced finance professional with a strong background in FP&A and business partnering, seeking to influence and collaborate with senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include: Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the preparation and management of departmental budgets and forecasts, providing insightful analysis to support senior leaders in strategic decision-making. You will take ownership of the consolidation of the overall P&L and deliver detailed commentary on financial performance. Business Partnering: Work closely with senior business leaders to communicate financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to inform budget management. You'll provide key updates and contribute to strategic discussions and business momentum presentations. Reporting and Analysis: Deliver high-quality commentary and analysis for regular reporting cycles, including weekly and monthly financial updates. You will drive improvements in reporting processes and lead ad-hoc projects, ensuring the financial narrative aligns with business goals. Financial Modelling: Take ownership of developing financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis, to support investment decisions and track business spend against budget. This role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional with at least 4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, and business partnering. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership, contribute to high-impact projects, and shape the financial strategy across the business.
