About the team Our Finance team are a vital partner in every aspect of our business, providing commercial insights to drive our success and influence everything we do. About the Role The Digital Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) finance team focuses on accelerating digital through partnering with Business Leaders to bring financial expertise and enable strategic decision making. As a Finance Business Partner, CFCs, you will be a trusted advisor to our Digital stakeholders, leveraging your financial expertise and strong communication skills to enable informed decision making and drive digital business strategy. You will also: Support a major capital project acting as the finance lead for the project Own the month end close process Ensure strong control framework is in place for all Digital expense lines and accuracy and integrity of reporting Continuously work to achieve forecast accuracy Deliver complex analysis that effectively draws outs insights to drive value creation Prepare, understand and analyse financial information to identify business opportunities/challenges and recommend course of action Design and implement reporting processes for executive and leadership levels Contribute to efficient capital allocation and investment decision-making About you and your skills We are looking for a driven Finance Business Partner who is comfortable challenging and influencing key stakeholders, competent in data-driven storytelling, and capable in navigating complex problems and ambiguity. Ideally you will have had exposure within the digital space, however this is not essential. You will also ideally have: CA/CPA or similar business qualification, or near with commercial awareness and business focus Strong Excel and financial modelling skills Experience developing dashboards in PowerBI or similar Proven experience in preparing, understanding and analysing financial information to identify business opportunities/challenges and recommend course of action Experience of owning end-to-end planning process What’s in it for you?
