Provide strong leadership and senior management of Finance Business Partnering, overseeing the operation of Finance Business Partnering teams to ensure delivery of an integrated and effective service. For role related queries or questions contact Vicki Weeden on Selection Criteria : Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Economics, Commerce or Business or extensive equivalent experience in a leadership role, or a combination of study and work experience. Proven experience in senior leadership and management in a large and complex organisation. Demonstrated experience of implementing change to meet strategic outcomes. Demonstrated ability in management of human resources/financial/administrative/and/or other services. Excellent strategic planning and policy development skills, including the ability to make complex judgements and take initiative within the delegated area. Excellent negotiation, decision making and influencing skills including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, through all organisational levels. Highly developed and effective written and oral communication skills. Willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position.
