You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting activities for the business as well as partnering closely with the functional leadership team to meet profitability targets and key financial KPIs.Key responsibilities Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting activities for the business. Partner with the business to drive profitability targets, savings opportunities, and projects. Provide insights to the business on month-end results through detailed commercial analysis and provide recommendations. Identify issues and trends through analysis and interpretation of data. Proactively engage with the business to provide insights and recommendations. Lead continuous improvement in the existing reporting and analysis process to meet the developing needs of the business. About you You will have strong technical and commercial finance knowledge as well as a future-focused mindset. Your experience will highlight a background of proactive business partnership and the ability to support in improving business performance.Key skills and experience Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business, or Finance-related discipline. Extensive experience in a finance partnering role. CA/CPA qualified. Operational/site-based finance experience (desirable only). Our benefits Our total remuneration is competitive.
