Social : Recognition programs and social events to celebrate our team's achievements About the opportunity: As a result of strong growth in the Milwaukee AU business we have an opportunity within the Commercial Finance team for a Finance Business Partner to support our dynamic and growing Sales and Marketing teams.This role will be hybrid with working from home options and is based at our newly renovated offices in Notting Hill.Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Business Partner your responsibilities will include: Providing financial analysis and insights to support sales and marketing initiatives. Partner with Cost Centre Managers to ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly rolling forecasts. Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards, KPIs, and financial models to track and improve sales effectiveness. Conduct profitability analysis on key customers, products, and channels to identify revenue growth opportunities. Complete month-end close procedures for Milwaukee Division. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of new initiatives, business cases, and investment opportunities. Regularly update and maintain the accuracy of various models in Anaplan. Track Capex requests to ensure forecast reflects approved requests. Provide financial control and analysis on various areas of the business, ensuring the financial impact is communicated to senior stakeholders. About You To be successful in this role you will ideally have a background in a similar role within a fast-paced industry and the following skills/attributes: 5+ years of experience in commercial finance, business partnering, or a related field. Experience working with sales teams and an understanding of revenue drivers, pricing strategies, and commercial contracts. Hands-on experience with SAP, Anaplan/TM1/Hyperion preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. CPA or CA qualification (or working towards completion) preferred. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and evaluate business opportunities and risks. Strong problem-solving skills, initiative and process improvement.
