Doka USA is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Business Partner with experience in supply chain operations to join our Business Controlling Team. This role will be a key financial advisor, supporting operational decision-making and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will provide financial insights, drive cost efficiencies, and enhance financial transparency across multiple branches. This position requires strong financial planning, operational cost analysis, and strategic business partnering skills to optimize performance. The Finance Business Partner – Supply Chain Operations will collaborate closely with operations leadership, regional management, and finance teams, delivering real-time support and insights for key business decisions. This role will report to the Director of Business Control with dotted line reporting to the Operations Director. This will be a hybrid role (3 days in office) based in our Kenilworth, NJ location. Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Advisory: Act as a trusted financial partner to operations and regional management teams. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business performance. Business Performance Review: Prepare and present financial performance reviews to leadership. Highlight key metrics, trends, and risks to drive informed decision-making. Sales Forecast & Demand Planning: Align financial forecasts with operational strategies. Support sales and inventory planning for budget and quarterly forecasts. Operational Cost Management & Efficiency: Drive cost ownership and accountability across operations. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Investment & Business Case Development: Develop financial models to support investment proposals and strategic initiatives. Ensure strong financial justification for capital expenditures. Data Quality & Process Improvement: Improve financial data accuracy and reporting transparency. Drive automation initiatives using Business Intelligence tools. Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial excellence. Support change management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Other Responsibilities/Peripheral Functions Travel as required, approx. 10-20% (domestic & international). Other duties/projects as assigned; including participating in company committees/teams. Assist in ensuring safe working practices and a safe working environment. Comply with all corporate policies and business practices. Qualifications Proven working experience as a Finance Business Partner / Commercial / Operations Controller / Country Controller / in a multi-country / location environment. 5+ years accounting and finance experience; commercial production / construction / formwork / rental industry experience can be considered a plus. Advanced degree in Finance / Controlling / Management. Good knowledge of accounting principles / procedures and business (finance) processes. Work experience with SAP (FI/CO) is a definite plus. Experience with building financial management systems / procedures. Proficiency with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Excellent communication skills, including excellent command of English required (speaking, reading, writing). Qualitative abilities including strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and effective problem-solving skills. Able to work independently in a result-driven, fast-paced environment. Proactive and strong hands-on mentality. High commitment, resilience, and temporal flexibility. Open-minded to process changes. Additional Qualifications Prior experience in international environments, multinational groups, matrix environments. Experience in project management and change management. CPA, and/or Public Accounting / Consulting / banking experience. Compensation The range for this position is between $130,000 - $150,000 USD annually.
