Position Summary The Finance Business Partner - Supply Chain is a trusted partner of the Operations & Supply Chain departments, responsible for delivering high quality financial insights to help drive informed decision making. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a passion for data analysis & financial performance to make a significant impact by driving improvements in the provision of our financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting activities. This role is offered as an 18-month Fixed Term Contract . Key Responsibilities Partner with Supply Chain business units and leadership to provide a clear understanding of financial performance. Develop and enhance financial reporting capabilities by identifying opportunities to implement new reports, processes, and financial models tailored to the needs of Operations and Supply Chain leadership teams. Respond to business requests for financial analysis, delivering accurate and timely insights to meet operational requirements. Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting and analysis packs, including dashboards on key performance drivers such as Manufacturing P&L, inventory and production reports and SG&A and capital expenditure analysis. Provide analysis of capital expenditure, including ongoing reporting and support for business cases related to future investments. Collaborate with the business and Finance teams to develop the annual budget, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Continuously analyse performance against budgets and forecasts to provide actionable insights. Identify and implement process and system improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy. Reconcile data between the ERP system and data warehouse/cubes to ensure consistency and reliability. To be successful in this role you will have: A university degree in Accountancy, Commerce, or a related field. Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CA, CPA). A minimum of 4 years’ experience in an FP&A or Business Partnering role, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Strong business partnering skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both face-to-face and remotely. The ability to translate accounting and costing concepts into clear, accessible language for non-financial stakeholders. Exceptional data manipulation and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and PowerPoint. Experience with ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI knowledge is highly advantageous). A proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
