With your skillset in lending and sales, you will be able to exceed KPIs while using multiple technology platforms to achieve the highest level of excellence for our guests. This role isn't just about selling; it's about genuinely exceeding our guests' expectations! What are you going to do? You will be offering unique tailored financial solutions for our guests' consumer and commercial automotive needs from end to end. Your role exists to make our guests' lives easier. Whether a guest is buying their first car or their fifth car, you will be there to deliver the right solutions at the right time. You will work face to face with guests to steer lending conversations with confidence, utilising your complete understanding of our products, processes, and policies to proactively identify solutions for their financial needs. What do you need to have? The right mindset and attitude where you put guest experience first! A proven track record of delivering exceptional service and establishing and maintaining rewarding relationships. Previous experience in a fast-paced lending sales environment. The desire to be part of a team. Exceptional communication skills with a high attention to detail in all that you do. Enthusiasm and drive to succeed and continue to grow and further your career.
