With a strong focus on transformation, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of the business and the finance function. About the Role Lead a team that drives improvements across operations and contributes to shaping the financial strategy of the business. Manage financial reporting, compliance, and ensure timely delivery of key financial insights. Duties/Key Responsibilities Mentor and train the finance team, ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards. Update and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts and budgets. Monitor and report warehouse logistics and costs. Ensure compliance with IFRS16 for property costs and financial statements. Prepare monthly board packs, forecasts, and drive process improvements. Lead interim year-end audits, ensuring timely information provision. Oversee completion and submission of FBT, Income Tax, and Vendor Payment returns. Complete monthly GST returns for Australia and New Zealand. Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and a CA/CPA Qualification. Experience managing a finance team in the retail space preferred. Also presents as a great opportunity for Business Services Managers who work on retail clients.
