We are looking for a Business Unit Finance Manager The Business Unit Finance Manager is responsible for leading a team of Finance Business Partners, in providing comprehensive financial advice and support to our Product Leadership team in order to help achieve its financial goals. This is a high impact role that covers the full P&L, with a 90% weighting on revenue management. The responsibilities of the role include: 1) Reporting (Month, Half Year and Full Year) Co-ordinate and manage the month-end cycle and activities of 5 Product Domains and Product Support Functions, reviewing the MTD and YTD driver-based variance analysis and commentary on Product Revenue, Operating costs, and Investment activities. Lead the delivery of half year and full year commentary to financial statements for Domain’s Product drivers. Produce and present monthly Business Unit financial performance dashboards to the Product Leadership Team highlighting and providing meaningful insights and recommendations based on Domain performance, Client key metrics, trends, and variances. Lead the preparation of monthly business performance updates by Finance Business Partners to Domain LTs communicating Domain financial performance variances, key client metrics and trends, and ensuring reports are clear, accurate, and provide actionable insights. Maintain and improve financial controls ensuring compliance with Financial Control policies and ensuring that financial statements reflect the true economic condition of the Domains. 2) Decision Support Review, develop and maintain financial models for product pricing; scenario and sensitivity analysis; vendor and other ad-hoc financial analytical activities as required. Support cross functional collaboration with the Finance Manager (Pricing) to support client key transactional inputs into pricing strategies for Client pricing proposals, renewals, and mergers. Lead the team to support continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing productivity, efficiency, and the overall effectiveness of financial processes, and to drive insightful reporting developments. 3) Forecasting & Budgeting Review each Domain's forecast and strategic 3-year plan, offer analysis and insights helping Leadership Team stakeholders understand the implications of budgeted/forecasted projections and alignment to business objectives. Ensure driver-based assumptions are signed-off by the Product Leadership Team for each Domain and Support Function, and offer insights into the status of budget submissions, highlighting areas of opportunities and risks. Manage and maintain the budget/forecast Client Planning Tool and models for the BU, ensuring they reflect all financial aspects including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures. Lead, motivate and develop a high performing finance business partner team. Review and provide oversight of the team’s workflow and new initiatives. Lead process improvement of team procedures and functions. Act as 2iC to the Business Unit Senior Finance Manager when required. What you'll bring Tertiary qualifications in an Accounting/Finance discipline with CPA/CA qualifications. Extensive experience within a management accounting or FP&A team, with proven experience leading teams and driving high-impact outcomes. More than 3 years in a Senior Accountant or Finance Manager role. At least 5+ years experience building revenue based financial models. Familiarity with TM1 or similar multi-dimension planning analytics tool. Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills. Join us at the forefront of payments Why Cuscal?
