Immediate start - leading Brokerage firm in Melbourne's CBD Hybrid working | $170,000-180,000 Excluding Superannuation About Our Client Our client is a well-established, large organisation in the Financial Services sector. Renowned for their professionalism and commitment to providing excellent service, this company is a leader in its field, operating at a national level across Australia. Job Description Reporting to the CFO, the Finance Manager will be responsible for the following: Oversee and manage the preparation of financial and management reports Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines Tax obligations Manage and lead the accounting team Budgeting, Forecasting Accompanying the auditors Review financial data to improve efficiency Ongoing process and systems improvement activities Collaborate with management on strategic financial planning Conduct financial analysis and produce forecasts The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Manager should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field CPA/CA Qualification Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the Financial Services industry ideal or a similar industry Profound knowledge of financial laws and procedures Strong leadership and management skills Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills Excellent communication and presentation skills What's on Offer An attractive remuneration package A temporary position with potential for permanent placement A supportive and inclusive work culture A chance to work in a leading Financial Services company Hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office & 2 from home) #J-18808-Ljbffr
