Job Description
Due to continued growth, this exciting Mining business with dynamic management and owners are looking for a technically experienced and proactive Finance Manager. Reporting to the CFO and working with the Directors, this position is a critical role within the business. You will be responsible for reporting on the financial health of the operations and projects around the various mine sites. To succeed in the role, you will have a proactive attitude, strong work ethic, be organized with the ability to plan ahead and solve problems, along with clear communication skills, ideally in both Mandarin and English. Key responsibilities include: Monthly Financial & Management reporting supporting the CFO. Assist with Statutory reporting and compliance. Provide support to Operational Managers & Directors with financials, and key indicators/metrics. Commentary ideally in Mandarin / English on monthly financial and operation results. Overseeing budget process, reforecasts, project OPEX / CAPEX. Overseeing client rates and contracts in conjunction with operations. Successful candidates will have experience/skills in the following: CA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA qualified. Ideally Mandarin language, both written and verbal skills. Strong statutory and management reporting skills. Previous experience in a similar role in Mining or related industry.
