Job Description Colliers is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join as a Business Partner to our APAC Corporate Solutions (CS) Team. The key mandate for this role is to proactively support the CS Team’s financial operation across the APAC region: Reporting to the Managing Director, Occupier Services, Asia, you will be a key member of the finance team partnering with APAC CS. Working as a critical member of the team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Work with Corporate Solutions’ finance team to provide day-to-day operational and financial analysis support including managing the revenue recognition process and sale invoicing process; tracking vendor payments and supporting the accounts receivables process. Prepare business line’s annual budget process, ongoing monthly forecast, pipeline management, and client account profitability analysis. Manage and review monthly Revenue recognition and track costing. Closely monitor actual monthly performance to budget and provide timely analysis on key client accounts. Provide analytical support, deliver monthly and quarterly financial management reports. Liaise with external and internal auditor’s requirements. Manage and review Revenue Pipeline in accordance with contracts. Manage and review Subagent Payable payments – in accordance with contracts. Prepare Fluctuation Analysis for 5 business lines under Asia Occupiers Services. Partner with finance lead (in country) for Asia Occupiers Services reporting and analysis. Partner with US and EMEA Regions to manage global account P&L. Prepare Global P&L reconciliation – for global accounts. Lead Senior Finance Analyst on Pipeline management, billing, and month-end-closing and reporting. Prepare Resource Costing information for US and EMEA team. Lead transition and migration of key finance systems within the team. Provide analysis on business plan and performance. Prepare financial information for RFP and Pitches. Participate in ad hoc projects/presentations when appropriate. Qualifications Degree holder in Accounting/Finance or equivalent• Candidate with both audit and accounting experience is preferred• With at least 10 years accounting experience in a sizable organization• Qualified accountant CPA/ACCA or equivalent• Solid experience in using SUNSYSTEM, TM1, or similar accounting system• Good command of spoken and written English• Excellent in using Excel & PowerPoint (Formulas and pivot table a must, VBA and Macro a plus)• Good, positive, and can-do attitude• Detailed mind, energetic, change maker with outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
