Conducting financial modelling, cost allocation, and budget performance analysis. Performing balance sheet reconciliations and fixed assets accounting. Generating management reports to improve financial performance. Providing Meaningful Business Insights Analysing financial data to highlight trends. Ensuring data integrity and compliance. Identifying and implementing process improvements. Creating a Great Employee Experience Driving a high-performing, engaged culture. Succession planning and team development. Recruiting aligned with company culture. You will have 2 direct reports and will need to be a process-driven individual who is hands-on with their team.
