About your new job:As the Finance Manager, Sustainability, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS) and integrating sustainability-related financial data into our reporting framework. You will collaborate with finance, sustainability, and legal teams to drive regulatory compliance, ESG performance tracking, and sustainable investment insights. Key responsibilities: Sustainability Reporting & Compliance – Ensure ASRS integration, regulatory compliance, and support annual sustainability disclosures. Financial Analysis & ESG Performance Tracking – Develop frameworks for carbon pricing, climate risk assessment, and sustainable investments. Business Activity Tracking & Capital Planning – Monitor capital deployed towards sustainability initiatives and track revenue from sustainable products. Data Management & Internal Controls – Strengthen governance and streamline non-financial data collection and reporting. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication – Provide financial insights to support investor communications and executive board reporting. About you: You’re a finance professional with a passion for sustainability and ESG reporting. You have a CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification. You bring experience in sustainability reporting, ESG finance, or corporate finance with exposure to non-financial data. You have expertise in financial modeling, risk analysis, and ESG performance tracking. You’re proficient in data analytics, reporting tools, and financial software.
