Job Description Are you a strategic finance professional looking to lead and optimise financial operations in a dynamic organisation? We are seeking a Finance Manager / Financial Controller to take charge of our finance team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all financial functions. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure efficient operations and professional growth. Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly financial activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Financial Management & Process Optimisation Oversee and enhance financial systems and software usage (Xero experience required ). Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements. Manage budgeting, cost control, and expense tracking to maximise profitability. Monitor cash flow and ensure liquidity for operational needs. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Implement and maintain internal financial controls to mitigate risks. Track key financial KPIs and analyse variances between budgeted and actual results. Prepare financial reports for senior management and the board. Conduct detailed AR/AP reviews to prevent fraud and optimise cash flow. External Relations & Audits Collaborate with external accountants on financial year-end processes. Manage external audits and liaise with internal teams for compliance. What We’re Looking For: CPA/CA certification and a master’s degree in accounting . Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a senior finance role (Finance Manager or similar ). Advanced Excel skills required. Knowledge of Power BI, VBA, SQL is a plus. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines. Analytical and logical thinking for strategic decision-making. Adaptability and flexibility to support business growth. High attention to detail to ensure compliance and accuracy. Why join the JHub team?
