This role is an opportunity to work within Transactional Finance across our Leisure businesses, reporting to the Global Head of Leisure Transactional Finance. You will collaborate with various teams, including Transactional Finance, Leisure Technology, Project teams, and Leisure Operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day bank reconciliation for Australia leisure stores operating on our Omnis Client mid-office system. Own and enhance bank reconciliation tools and collaborate on system upgrades. Drive efficiencies and foster innovation in financial processes. Ensure key controls and robust reconciliation processes are in place. Maintain effective communication channels with front-end businesses and stakeholders. Performance Objectives: Understand mid-office systems and processes. Document processes and ensure compliance with policies and legislation. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Provide accurate and timely reporting. Criteria: Ability to meet deadlines and deliver on commitments. Strong attention to detail and understanding of financial accuracy. Experience in transactional finance and a relevant accounting qualification (CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
