Finance Specialist Trainee - High-Performing Toyota Dealership Are you passionate about automotive finance and looking to take your career to the next level? About the Role: We're seeking a driven individual with at least two years of experience in the motor vehicle industry , whether in vehicle sales or finance , who is eager to develop their expertise in automotive finance. This trainee position offers structured training and support to help you succeed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. What You'll Do: Assist customers in finding tailored finance solutions for their vehicle purchases High achiever hungry to exceed KPIs Work closely with the sales team to maximise finance penetration Learn and implement dealership finance processes and compliance requirements Build strong relationships with Toyota Finance Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish What We're Looking For: Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry (sales or finance) Hunger for success & prepared to be proactive and go the extra mile.
