What we need you to do As a Finance & Supply Analyst APAC you are part of an experienced Finance and Supply Department, and working closely with key stakeholders in the APAC region and supporting two Country Managers in Singapore and Sydney. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work across multiple markets while ensuring financial excellence within the region. HERE'S WHAT WE'D LOVE FOR YOU TO TACKLE: Financial planning and analysis You prepare and report the monthly financial follow-up to forecast and budget and interpret your market’s development together with your country manager. You are part of your market’s integrated business planning team and deliver monthly financial forecasts. You are responsible for developing and preparing the annual budgets together with the international markets’ finance team. You plan and manage trade spend; identify, explain and drive trade spending changes to budget/forecast. You support your country manager with business cases for new products and analysis of e.g. customer development potential. You are the contact person for all areas when it comes to creating transparency and evaluating measures financially. You are responsible contact person for APAC’s P&L and will provide transparency and clarity in all financial areas. Take part in the annual audit review to support with country-specific topics. Supply / Demand planning Close collaboration with distributors ensuring forecast data, purchase orders and inventory data is received in a timely manner. Analyze sales data and provide insights to the commercial team, highlighting trends and potential gaps versus targets, reaching a consensus forecast based on facts and clear assumptions. Responsible for entering the latest forecast into the planning software. Work closely with central functions within the supply chain adhering to internal lead times and processes, ensuring a smooth end-to-end supply chain process towards the markets. In this role, you will report to the Finance Director for International Markets based in Malmö, but this position is based in our Sydney office. What We Need You to Bring to the Table We’re looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with at least 3 years of experience in Financial and Supply chain; ideally, you have experience in the FMCG industry and are familiar with food retail. Additionally, you bring: You enjoy project management and have already tried your hand at it. You know Excel inside out and prepare your results comprehensibly in PowerPoint. You have a talent for communication and manage to get your messages across to all Oats in an understandable way. You love variety; the day-to-day business can be different for you every day. You think and act in a results-, service- and solution-oriented way and you have a focused and structured way of working. You enjoy working in a team - Oats don't like to stand alone either.
