Brief Summary Finance and Accounting Manager Basic up to $8000 + AWS + VB (Subject to experience) 5 Days : 8.30am-5.30pm Working Location @ Pioneer - company shuttle bus provided Semicon Manufacturing Industry Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily accounting operations to ensure accounting booking compliance with Group reporting guideline and local reporting guideline. Check accounting booking in SAP and ensure accuracy; ensure monthly/quarterly closing quality. Prepare local GAAP report, deliver reports to external and internal parties, make adjustments for GAAP differences, and monitor changes. Coordinate yearly audit and review audit reports. Check monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings and related party transactions reports. Act as consultant and coordinator on finance matters, providing advice and solutions to all departments. Requirements: Minimum Degree Holder in relevant discipline. 5+ years of experience in key financial functions in the manufacturing industry . Hands-on experience with cash flow management , end-to-end accounting processes , cost accounting , tax compliance , and strategic tax planning . Knowledge of accounting standards and guidelines in both IFRS and US GAAP; familiarity with financial accounting and reporting structures of both Singapore and China is a plus. Good knowledge and understanding of Singapore tax legislation. Proficient in solving specialized finance problems and making decisions on unique financial matters. Responsible and reliable with good communication skills; proficiency in English and Chinese is required. Open-minded and adaptable to changes and flexibility. Open to Singaporeans only.
