Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional finance and insurance solutions to customers purchasing vehicles. Work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend tailored finance options. Preparation and submission of finance applications to lenders, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, lenders, and insurers. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction. Achieve individual and team-based targets, contributing to dealership success. Stay up to date with industry trends, finance products, and dealership offers. Requirements: Previous experience in finance, ideally within the automotive industry. Strong understanding of finance products and lending guidelines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving sales targets. High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
