This position will play a key role to manage and control financials for Primo Foods around the management of PLS staffing.Your responsibilities will include: Manage Payroll information, cost reconciliations record and payment approvals Prepare and Reconcile the PALM Project financial records with Payroll department and Forecast expenses. Preparation of payroll adjustments and accounts payable invoices in regards to PLS Weekly and Monthly financial preparation of accruals and insights. Manage to provide detail and in-depth analysis on performances, not limited to financial performances. Provide local and senior management insights on the PLS performance and identify areas and opportunities to improve, including systems and modelling scenarios. Ensuring compliance with company policies, internal and external audit requirements and procedures About you: Bachelors degree (B.A or B.S.) in accounting from an accredited institution and three (3) years relevant Payroll experience. Payroll & Cashbook Reconciliation is essential Strong communicator with excellent listening and interaction skills Attention to detail and accuracy is essential Quality focus and good conflict resolution skills Ability to work well under mutiply deadlines and pressure Excellent analytical ability with skills that enable coordination of data, including MS-Office (primarily PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel) Able to work on own initiative and as a team player Why work for Primo?
