We’re looking for passionate individuals who want to contribute to big things. Years of experience is just a number. Contribution and dedication are what matters. Must-haves: Collaborative and eager to learn. Keen to find new ways of doing things - we don’t want a robot! Action-oriented and adaptable. Understanding of accounting or finance. Confidence with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, macros). What you’ll do: Process loan disbursements & activations - ensure payments are accurate. Manage commission calculations & data entry - enter, update, and maintain financial records related to loans and commissions. Perform reconciliations & accuracy checks - identify and resolve data discrepancies. Use advanced Excel skills - generate reports, analyse trends, and support automation initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams - work closely with Finance, Sales, and Customer Support. About Bizcap Bizcap is one of Australia’s fastest-growing Fintech companies.
