The Opportunity Visory is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving financial excellence by improving processes, enhancing reporting and dashboarding capabilities, and delivering robust scenario planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a deep understanding of marketplace business models, strong analytical skills, and a passion for innovation. On a day-to-day basis you'll be responsible for: Process Improvement Evaluate and streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Design and implement best practices to support rapid growth in a marketplace business environment. Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial operations with business and product team needs. Reporting and Dashboarding Develop and maintain insightful, real-time financial dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) in line with 2025 business strategy. Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to support decision-making for CEO, CGO and other business leaders. Continuously refine reporting structures to reflect evolving business priorities. Scenario Planning and Analysis Conduct scenario planning and what-if analyses to assess the financial impact of strategic initiatives. Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support long-term planning and decision-making. Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders through clear, concise analysis and recommendations. Collaboration and Communication Partner with leadership and other departments to provide financial expertise and insights. Present complex financial data in an accessible format for non-financial stakeholders. Support investor relations by preparing financial updates, forecasts, and strategic analyses. Manage R&D Grant Project with Product team. You'll need to have the following Qualifications & Experience: Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; CA or CFA advantageous. Experience : 3–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a marketplace or technology-driven business. Proven track record of process improvement and systems implementation. Strong familiarity with marketplace metrics (e.g., TTV, take rate, gross profit margin, customer acquisition costs, retention etc..). Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. Experience with financial systems and tools such as Hubspot, Power or Other BI tools. Familiarity with scenario planning tools and methodologies. Soft Skills : Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
