Providing advice, options and a bespoke approach to helping customers to manage payments, and monitoring those agreements. Liaising with customers regularly to monitor and pivot with any circumstances that might change. Be aware of legislation pertaining to personal insolvency and hardship management and commit to developing in that area. Experience: Previous Collections/Hardship experience within the banking & financial services industry. Ideally 2-5 years’ experience in this area. Strong customer focus and passion for delivering quality outcomes for the customer / must be eloquent and have solid writing skills. Solid interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with customers. Can do attitude with a positive outlook.
