We are seeking a skilled Finance Business Consultant with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) to join our team on a contract basis. This is a hybrid role based in Sydney CBD , where you will be working on finance settings and process documentation to support the optimization and implementation of D365 FO within our finance function. As a Finance Business Analyst, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to document finance processes, identify system requirements, and support the configuration of finance modules in D365 FO. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document finance processes and requirements. Analyze and map finance processes within the D365 FO system, ensuring alignment with business needs. Assist in the configuration and setup of finance modules in D365 FO, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting. Document detailed finance business processes, workflows, and system configurations. Develop and maintain clear and concise process documentation and user guides. Support the project team in system testing and troubleshooting issues. Required Skills and Experience: Strong experience as a Finance Business Analyst , specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) . Deep understanding of finance processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting. Proven ability to document and analyze complex finance processes and workflows. Experience configuring finance modules within D365 FO or similar ERP systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
