We’re looking for aFinancial Investment Adviserto join our team. This role involves financial analysis, valuations, due diligence, investor relations, deal execution, and portfolio management across multiple businesses. What you’ll be doing Financial Analysis & Valuations: Conduct in-depth financial modelling, forecasting, and valuation assessments. Presentation of Financial Information: Create and deliver clear, data-driven financial presentations. Due Diligence: Coordinate, collate, and present due diligence reports for investment opportunities. Industry Research: Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and sector insights. Client Interviews: Engage with prospective clients to assess financial performance, risk, and objectives. Financial Planning: Develop financial strategies aligned with business goals. Reporting: Prepare reports on investee companies and investor updates. Investor Relations: Assist with investor communications, including presentations and financial summaries. Deal Execution & Documentation: I support capital raising, M&A, and fund-related transactions, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of documentation. Deal Flow Origination: Identify and assess new investment opportunities. System Implementation: Optimize and implement financial systems and reporting structures. General Administration: Support operational tasks related to investment management. Portfolio Management: Ensure financial hygiene, monitor portfolio companies, and provide performance insights. Board Reporting: Prepare board reports on behalf of portfolio companies. What you’ll bring Strong experience in financial analysis, modelling, and valuations. Expertise in capital raising, M&A, and investment processes. Ability to conduct due diligence and compile financial reports. Strong knowledge of financial planning and portfolio management. Familiarity with investor relations, deal execution, and fund structuring. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering financial information to stakeholders. Strong analytical and research skills with a keen eye for market trends. Highly organised and capable of managing multiple businesses simultaneously. Experience working with Australian businesses is advantageous but not required.
