Job Description About the opportunity.. The core responsibilities of the FP&A Analyst includes but is not limited to: Assist in preparing the MBR pack. Develop and implement effective company-wide and divisional reporting. Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning. Analyse financial and operational performance, evaluate key SaaS metrics, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize business outcomes. Conduct ad hoc financial analysis for strategic decision-making, including scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling to assess financial and operational risks. Support due diligence process for potential investments or business transactions. Review and refine existing processes to drive continuous improvement. Leverage BI tools (Alteryx, Power BI, SQL) to develop and enhance reporting and analytics. Ensures compliance with ELMO’s information security privacy policies and procedures. Desired Skills and Experience Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (CA/CPA/ACCA preferred). 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modelling, or corporate finance, preferably in a SaaS or tech company. Proven experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in Excel, experience with financial software and data visualization tools (Netsuite, Alteryx, Power BI, SQL preferred). Sounds like you? Apply now!
