Immediate start available Rapidly expanding business and huge career growth potential About Our Client Our client is a rapidly expanding, PE backed manufacturer in the Northern Suburbs. Job Description Partner with operations to consolidate financial data from various business units Assist with preparation of consolidated financial statements Prepare monthly management packs and assist with board reporting and commentary Prepare all monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements Manage audit processes and liaise with external auditors Prepare budgets and forecasts at the group level, driving cash flow modelling Assist with treasury functions Identify opportunities for improvements in financial reporting processes, systems, and controls. The Successful Applicant Tertiary qualification in Accounting or similar CA/CPA qualification Big 4/Mid Tier audit experience strongly advantageous Strong technical accounting knowledge non-negotiable (AASB15 & 16, share based payments, impairment testing, debt covenant reporting, intangible assets, etc) Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders An ability to thrive in fast-paced environments where there is ambiguity What's on Offer Immediate start available Enormous growth potential (within the business and the role itself) Welcoming, social and fun team of 10+ in Finance Free onsite parking Genuinely exceptional culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
