Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities Develop and Implement Frameworks: Create and implement strategies and controls to manage financial crime risk across the organization. Policy Design and Review: Design, review, and update financial crime policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Risk Assessment: Work with various departments to identify, assess, and manage financial crime risks. Compliance Monitoring: Provide second-line compliance monitoring and testing of financial crime risks. Fraud Prevention Support: Offer second-line support for first-line fraud prevention teams. Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal audit and IT security teams to ensure comprehensive oversight and prevention of financial crime. Training and Communication: Develop and implement financial crime education and communication programs for employees. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to ensure the effective application of financial crime prevention frameworks. Let’s talk about your capability and experience Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and research skills to assess and manage financial crime risks. Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial crime regulations and compliance requirements. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and provide training. Leadership: Ability to lead and influence teams and stakeholders. Experience: Previous experience in financial crime compliance, fraud prevention, or a related field.
