Our business is expanding, and we are currently seeking a Full-Time Fire Protection - Service Manager and/or Operations Manager. About the Role We have an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Fire Service/Operations Manager to join and develop our new fire division. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership and management experience in the fire industry, a proven track record of fostering strong workplace cultures, and successful business operations management. The role will be based out of our Taren Point office with clients ranging from Wollongong, Sydney Metropolitan, to Newcastle. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, ensuring top-notch service delivery and customer satisfaction. Lead and manage a team of service supervisors, technicians, and coordinators. Develop and implement strategies to enhance service efficiency and quality. Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement. Recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering professional growth. Address service delivery issues promptly and implement corrective measures. Desired Skills and Attributes Accreditation in FPAS. Knowledge of fire protection systems and industry standards. Proven management experience in the fire industry. Strong leadership and team development skills. Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing equipment issues. Excellent communication and client-focused skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen with a current NSW Driver's Licence. Why Join Us?
