Job Description
• Temporary Full-time opportunity for up to 6 months The purpose of this role is to contribute to the effective development, coordination and delivery of a professional Emergency and Resilience Management Services throughout West Moreton Health (WMH), through the delivery of a contemporary fire and emergency management programs. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following: Demonstrated ability to manage fire systems and emergency management principles within a multidisciplinary environment. Demonstrated ability to prioritise, organise and coordinate work activities and liaise with clinical and non-clinical staff at all levels of a large and diverse organisation. High level of interpersonal and communication skills across a range of disciplines. Demonstrated and proven performance in leading the implementation of quality improvement practices and organisational change. Ability to deliver fire safety and emergency and resilience management training to a broad range of stakeholders.
