The Role We are currently seeking a Service Administrator with a great attitude and high attention to detail to join our Sydney Fire administration team in our New South Wales branch office in Auburn. Your key responsibilities will include: Assist with scheduling of technicians and communication with internal and external stakeholders through various channels, phone calls, customer portals, emails etc. Actioning of service requests, raising jobs and raising supplier and subcontractor purchase orders. Processing of jobs through various works stages through into the invoicing of works. Working collaboratively with technicians, management team and broader fire administration team. Other administrative duties as required. The successful candidate will possess the following: Professional and confident phone manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid computer and typing skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience working with UpTick or Microsoft Dynamics (GP) is advantageous. High level of organisation and the ability to multitask. High attention to detail and time management skills. Able to achieve and self-manage deadlines. An ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently. Flexibility, reliability and be well presented. Willing to undergo a national police background check and working with vulnerable people clearance. Strong commitment to safe work practices is essential.
