Position Title: First Nations Project Assistant Contract Type: Fixed Term, Part time (0.5 FTE) Six (6) Month Contract Salary: Base Salary $73,938 - $79,582 per annum pro rata (Total remuneration package including superannuation $94,246 - $100,794 per annum pro rata) Generous Benefits: Generous leave provisions including 6 weeks annual leave Salary packaging up to $15,900 tax free Option to increase Super to 14% About the Role: The Renal Health Program sits within the Wellbeing and Preventable Chronic Diseases Division. The program focuses on evidence translation, identifying innovative strategies to improve services and health care for people with complex chronic conditions. This role will facilitate consumer engagement activities for the Cardiovascular Disease Check NT project. Key Responsibilities: Facilitating consumer engagement activities for the CVD Check NT project. Working closely with stakeholders and Indigenous Reference Groups to engage consumers of cardiology and endocrinology services. About You: As a motivated individual, you will have strong communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships with a range of stakeholders and research partners. Qualifications: Completion of a Diploma, with relevant work experience; or a combination of education/training and relevant experience. Ability to work with community members in one-on-one or group settings. Demonstrated previous experience in administrative duties.
